All Sales are FINAL. Not Shipped, Unopened or Returned or NOT Shipped items shall be issued a Store Credit subject to approval.
Purchaser Agrees to the Terms of Shipping and Handling
We DO NOT ship to any Countries in Asia, Central or South America due to the lack of Tracking.
Return Policy
Defect Returns require prior authorization and a Jackson Electronic Luthier RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Jackson Electronic Luthier reserves the right to repair any defect claim.
Return Policy, Cancellation and Lost in Shipment Policy
Returnable within 7 days of delivery.
General Terms
Items must be returned in original, as-shipped condition with all original packaging and no signs of use or damage. Buyer assumes responsibility for all return shipping costs unless the item was not received as described.
Refunds
Buyer receives a full Store Credit less any shipping costs or a replacement item with no shipping charge.
Note: Please check the return policy on each individual listing as some items may be sold "As-Described" and not eligible for a return.

Shipping Notes
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
